ABOUT THE FOUNDATION
The Tara Lynn De Rogatis Foundation has been formed to bring awareness, aid, and all other services necessary to facilitate a fair and just system by which victims and their families can be fully compensated for their loss in the following areas:
- Medical Malpractice
- Prescription Overdosing
- Mental Health Advocacy
- Violent Crimes
- Domestic Abuse
- Healthy SpacesTM
Bring justice now for Tara Lynn Derogatis, for her medical malpractice negligence which resulted in her death. All monetary donations will be kept confidential if desired and are welcome to help us stay alive and save other families from such devastation.
In addition the foundation will assist charitable, religious, educational and scientific purposes. It will also make distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under the section 501( c ) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or corresponding section of any future federal tax code.
The Tara Lynn De Rogatis Foundation is a non-profit charitable organization 501( c ) (3).
HEALTHY SPACES
Healthy SpacesTM is our new initiative aimed to build and create Healthy SpacesTM for both youth and adult activities advocating mental, emotional and physical activities to benefit and promote overall health.
